Since 2008 the X-MAS tram needed a lot of volunteers and supporters. For our team it is a project of the heart and so we all work together, so that no one has to celebrate Christmas alone. But to get to this goal we need your help!

The Buddy Program

Our Christmas buddy program is the highlight of every X-MAS Tram event, but without our open minded godparents that would never be possible. The participants of the X-MAS Tram are mostly foreign students and people that are new to Dresden. Most of them are not able to go home for Christmas to celebrate with their family and friends. That is why citizens of Dresden and the surrounding cities invite them for typical Christmas or winter activities. Out of a single activity together, long-standing friendships are often formed. Sponsors

Beside our Christmas buddy proposals we offer as small but interesting cultural program with Christmas songs and other surprises. Typical food will be provided as well. Ginger bread, Stollen, cookies and Glühwein are a huge part of our Christmas traditions and will therefor be offered at the event. As we do not receive any governmental financial support we are in need of sponsoring. If you are as fascinated as we are and you want to support us, do not hesitate to contact us.
